We are officially on tour! The Sand to Snow adventure from California to Colorado is en route. We have been sent out beautifully by Haibike and had a great audience of press and bike enthusiasts at the Sea Otter Classic in Monterey.
First on stage was Susanne Puello. She leads the Winora Group of which Haibike is a part of. The brand's approach, esp. in the U.S. market is daring. Here, they push ePerformance only, that means every Haibike sold in the States is electric. Mrs. Puello said, "Millenials were raised digitally so they do not make a difference anymore between cycling and ePerformance."
When our Susanne got on stage, she too stressed that the Sand to Snow tour serves to show "how much fun electric bikes are."
It really was a great send off - thank you everyone involved! It feels good to be on the road again.
